Monroe Family Pet Hospital, a privately owned small animal practice in Monroe, Ohio, is looking for a steady part-time associate veterinarian.
This is not a relief position. We are looking for a doctor who wants a predictable weekly schedule, a consistent team, familiar clients, and a real role in the culture of the hospital.
No surgery is required. No weekend hours.
The ideal fit would be a veterinarian who still enjoys the profession, treats support staff with genuine respect, communicates well with clients, and wants to practice thoughtful, high-quality general medicine in a positive work environment.
Our medical philosophy is straightforward:
Recommend what is best for the pet first. Explain the options clearly. Let the owner decide what is affordable.
We believe pets deserve strong medical advocacy, and clients deserve honest recommendations without pressure, guilt, or judgment.
