Your Veterinarians

Our veterinarians pride themselves on making patient care and customer service their top priorities. It is our goal to be an advocate for our patient's health and well-being, and to educate and involve clients in a life long health care plan for their pets.

Dr. Jason P Tarabrella

Dr. Tarabrella is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has been a practicing veterinarian since 1999. He has a special interest in veterinary dental health. While he would not qualify himself as solely a dog or cat person, Dr. Tarabrella feels he has a special understanding of the feline psyche. While some might shy away from the difficult feline patient, Dr. Tarabrella embraces the quirks and eccentricities that make us love them. In addition, Dr. Tarabrella enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery as well as working with exotic companions, such as small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters) and reptiles.

Dr. Tarabrella resides in Middletown with his wife Aimee, his beautiful daughters Meadow and Avery, and his son Samuel. His cherished pets include a handsome Boxer named Syrus, a Rottweiller named Ava, and two cats, Zoey and the tailless rascal, Lewis. A plethora of tropical fish round out the family.

Dr. Tarabrella enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and playing golf. Being from western Pennsylvania, he is first and foremost a Steelers fan, although he enjoys seeing the Bengals win, when they’re not playing the Steelers, that is. He's not all bad though, he still bleeds scarlet and gray!

Dr. Tarabrella’s goal is to provide the time and attention you and your companion need and deserve each and every time you walk through our doors!
